Dr. Nandi’s Health Hero Supplements (“Health Hero,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) has established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) & Resale Policy to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure a consistent, trustworthy experience for our customers.

No Authorized Resale

At this time, Health Hero products are not authorized for resale.

Our supplements may only be purchased directly through official Health Hero channels. We do not approve or permit resale by any third party, including but not limited to:

• Online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace)

• Independent websites or online storefronts

• Brick-and-mortar retail locations

• Individuals or resellers of any kind

Any party offering Health Hero products for resale is doing so without authorization.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Because resale is not authorized, no third party is permitted to advertise Health Hero products at any price. This includes standard pricing, discounted pricing, promotional offers, or bundled pricing.

This restriction applies across all advertising and promotional channels, including but not limited to:

• Websites and online stores

• Online marketplaces and auction platforms

• Social media posts or advertisements

• Email marketing campaigns

Unauthorized Sales & Advertising

Any unauthorized sale, offer for sale, or advertisement of Health Hero products constitutes a violation of this policy.

Health Hero reserves the right to:

• Require immediate removal of unauthorized listings or advertisements

• Take action to protect our brand, intellectual property, and customers

Policy Enforcement

This policy is unilateral and non-negotiable. Health Hero does not request or require agreement from any third party.
